During the third quarter of 2021, the top five social networking apps in Poland showcased varying trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. According to data from Sensor Tower, here’s a detailed look at the performance of these apps.

Messenger from Meta Platforms, Inc. saw a steady increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $1K in the final week of September. Weekly downloads showed an upward trend mid-quarter, reaching around 96K in the week of July 19, while weekly active users saw a slight decline from 18.6M to 18.4M throughout the quarter.

WhatsApp Messenger from WhatsApp Inc. had a relatively stable revenue, with a minor peak at $28 in early September. Weekly downloads fluctuated, peaking at about 62K in mid-August, while weekly active users increased steadily from 4.8M to nearly 5M by the end of the quarter.

Facebook, also from Meta Platforms, Inc., experienced a consistent weekly revenue, averaging around $10K. Downloads peaked at approximately 53K in early August, and active users showed a consistent increase, starting from 14.5M and reaching 14.8M by the end of September.

Discord - Talk, Play, Hang Out from Discord, Inc. had variable revenue, peaking at around $10K in early August. Downloads saw significant spikes, notably reaching 35K in late August, while active users remained relatively stable, averaging around 2.5M throughout the quarter.

Finally, Telegram Messenger from Telegram FZ-LLC did not generate any revenue but saw an increasing trend in downloads, peaking at approximately 21K in late September. Active users also increased steadily from 616K to 652K over the quarter.
